We had over 1100 people being evacuated from our community and no doubt placed a lot of anxious moments that go with such a mass evacuation. As well, huge thank you to all the banquet managers that were on hand the day before helping set up the ballroom from folding napkins and placing favors to the evening of with cutting of the cake and taking care of special liquor requests. Grace was very helpful and was available whenever we had a question, she had an answer! From the initial planning through execution, your staff members (particularly Michele Cherski) were a dream team to work with. The attention to detail was amazing. With eight meal events, a two-day training for our Officers, a speech contest, and over 20 educational sessions, the conference was a huge undertaking. The requirements for audio visual, podiums, extra tables and screens were never-ending. Michele was always ready, willing and able to accommodate our needs.

I am still getting emails – two weeks later about how great the conference was. People loved the food, meeting spaces and their experience at the conference. I recommended the Marlborough for our Spring Conference and they were very pleased. I know your goal is to become a "Conference Hotel" and I believe with the service and value we received you will have no problem attaining that goal.quote-end
